Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DiggerDesk subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
To cancel your subscription, please go to your account settings or contact our support team.
2. Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will not be charged for the following month.
Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining full months of your subscription term, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to one month of service at the monthly rate.
3. Service Interruptions
If the DiggerDesk service is unavailable for a significant period due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit for the downtime. This is determined on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
